Pre-mission funds are necessary to meet the requirement
to commence missionary work after personal and local church resources
are applied. Therefore, the foundation will contribute the balance
of the financial requirements. This includes health, dental, and
clothing needs for worthy missionary candidates after they work
for this assistance.

In September of 2002, an initial group
of over 20 prospective missionaries gathered in Choluteca , Honduras
to thank the Cause for Hope Foundation for the financial support
that allowed them to prepare to serve missions. Without this support,
it is unlikely that any of these young men would have been able
to serve. Nine of these young men have returned from faithful missions
as of April 2005. Many more will return soon.
Sister
Zamora is now serving a full time mission in the Panama Mission. The
Foundation helped her with her pre-mission expenses, including clothing,
suitcases, garmets, and dental expenses. She says, "Cause For
Hope has enabled me to achieve my greatest dream of serving a full
time mission. Because of the economic condition of my family, it would
have been impossible for me to go on a mission without the help from
Cause For Hope. I am very grateful to the Lord and to the Foundation
for this great blessing in my life."
