Pío is a public accountant as well as computer technician. He studied administration also. He has served in many different callings. YM president, high council, branch president, bishop and stake president.  With his wife Gregoria del Carmen have 4 children from 14 to 22 years.

Pre-mission assistance 6 missionaries have received assistance and are currently serving missions. Many others are now preparing.
