Cause for Hope is a 501 (C)(3) non-profit entity organized with a board of directors and executive committee. The organization is founded and funded by individuals who are committed to providing help and hope to those in developing countries. The founding members are predominately professional and business people.

Local full-time managers oversee the Foundation's day-to-day activities. These local managers interact with local community leaders and agencies in order to access locally available resources, and oversee program activities such as microcredit services and vocational/educational efforts.
